What these are
Field notes are write-ups of specific things that broke while building and releasing JDE Projects tools, and what fixed them. Each one names a real repository, quotes the real error, and links the commit. They are here because the failures were obscure enough to cost real time and are hard to find explained anywhere else.
Every note keeps the same two things the release guides keep: an evidence boundary that states what the note does and does not claim, and a source ledger that lists where each fact comes from.
